Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of the purchase date (Message us if its outside of that window).
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless defective.

2. How to Return:

  • Online Returns: Please get a pre authorization before returning items. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or there was an error with your order.

3. Refunds:

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund, unless the item is defective or damaged.

4. Exchanges:

  • Exchanges can be made for items of equal value. If you're exchanging for a different size or style, please contact us first to check availability.
  • You may need to pay for return shipping on exchanges.

5. Defective or Damaged Items:

  • If your item is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately. We will offer a full refund or exchange and cover the return shipping costs.

6. Final Sale Items:

  • Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

7. Special Orders and Custom Items:

  • Special orders or custom-made items are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
